A ONCE ENDANGERED CASTLE TO THE GOLDEN SANDS OF LONGBEACH
Great for all those who want to know more about this iconic corner of our Island!
Starting with views to Normandy a history of world politics; enterprising commerce and wartime strategy will unfurl. Be amazed by stories of the majestic but once endangered Mont Orgueil; the scam of the tax dodging cows and the Battle of the Oyster Shell.
We will recall the once thriving ship building industry and expanding village; the busy Eastern Railway and commercial port and more recently the menacing WW2 defences lining the golden sands of Grouville Bay, and the prison camp beyond.
All with photo and coffee stops along the way!

Harvest Tales through the lanes of Trinity
Through the tranquil Green Lanes where a movie star, a screenwriter and farmers once wandered, we capture the memories of dreams that still remain.
Passing unassuming granite homes and gardens which shall reveal their secrets of 'lovers and travellers' once stayed.
Romans, raiders & immigrants that came through the night along Douets and lanes to a Castle made from Earthworks that still remain.
To the sounds of threshing machines harvesting the corn these are not legends but discover them all.
As we explore these tales together.
